All orders will be delivered using Canada Post or UPS to the address in your order. The shipping address provided at the time of checkout must be valid and complete. Parlenaz reserves the right to hold orders for verification.
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after you place your order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Friday evenings or through the weekends are dispatched on the following Monday.
Please note, that we may experience some delays in shipping during high-volume seasons; however, we do our best to minimize processing and shipping times. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
For all orders, you will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipment Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for the orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates may vary according to the shipping destination and each option has a different average delivery time. Also, items purchased on pre-order are subject to varying shipping times. Please note that Parlenaz is not responsible for any delays caused by Canada Post, UPS or other couriers, especially during busy seasons.
If the receiver gives the courier authority to deliver without a signature or the receiver gives the courier authority to leave, Parlenaz is not held liable in the event the parcel goes missing, therefore, will not be able to refund or resend the parcel either. We appreciate your understanding.
Items available for international shipping vary depending on the delivery address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Please note, liability for shipped items ends once the items are delivered to the receiver or the receiver has picked up the purchased items.
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase from Parlenaz, which is why we offer a full refund or store credit If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have simply changed your mind. Please see below for more information on our Returns and Refund Policy.
Please note, that we do not currently offer direct exchanges.
RETURNS POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following requirements:

The item is unworn, unused, and in original condition, the invoice is included with all the tags and labels still attached.

The item has no marks or stains (including makeup and spray tan).

The item is returned to us within 14 days from the Delivery Date. If 15 days or more have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or store credit.
NOTE: To refund you, first you need to notify us by describing the reason for your items along with pictures as proof through Contact Us page to submit the request (please see Returns Policy).

Please note :

For returning those items that are NOT deemed faulty, we only issue Store Credits in the form of gift cards. The amount of our Standard shipping fee shall be deducted from the store credit.

All return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.

A store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card, which you can use to repurchase another item! Store Credits are valid for 12 months.

To return the item(s), a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided to you via email upon Return Item authorization request.

Should our Return Policy not have been honored, the item will be sent back with charges payable by the customer.

Final Sale Items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to the sender.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will issue a store credit that automatically is emailed to you.
Please note again: only regular priced items may be accepted to be returned. Sale items (final sales) are non-refundable unless the items are deemed faulty.

Exchanges
Once the return request is submitted, we will send you a return confirmation via email that includes your return shipping label and return instructions (return authorization).
European Union 14-day Cooling off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Again, for returning those items that are NOT deemed faulty, we only issue store credits in the form of gift cards. The amount of our Standard shipping fee shall be deducted from the store credit.
Refund Processing time
Once your refund has been approved by our team and a notification sent to you, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. If your refund has taken longer than 10 business days, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.
Return Fraud
Our team at Parlenaz is committed to treating all customers with respect and courtesy. Unfortunately, some customers may take advantage of our Returns Policy and possibly engage in merchandise return fraud. Return Fraud is to purchase an item with the intent to use it and then return it for a refund.
Parlenaz reserves the right to take legal action against any fraud including the Return Fraud under the laws of Canada and other countries.
DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE ITEMS
In the case that an item is defective or damaged, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost.
NOTE: If you receive a damaged/defective item(s), you should submit your report within 48 hours of receipt.
Upon receipt of your report, we will begin working on it and notify you via email. We can happily provide you with a full refund or issue a store credit based on your report.
